Advanced secures top 100 place in the Sunday Times Top Track 250

by Gordon Wilson, Chairman, OneAdvanced

Results from the 12th annual Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250 has revealed that Advanced has leapt to within the top 100, moving from 135th place to 97th.

The league table, which ranks Britain’s private mid-market companies, is recognised as the national barometer of private company growth. This announcement coincides with the 12-month anniversary of CEO Gordon Wilson’s appointment, who has driven early success as Advanced undertakes one of the largest transformations of any UK business today.

Gordon Wilson, CEO, Advanced said:

“As a major British employer, with our sights set on significant transformation and growth, we are thrilled to have been ranked 97th in the Sunday Times Top Track 250. It really is testament to the investment we are making in our people and solutions as well as the commitment, skills and experience of our unique team.

“We have shown that together, we can adapt, grow and prosper to create a strong and uncompromising business, not only within the UK’s software market, but the whole business community.”

Advanced is recognised as a British business success story having grown to a £750m company in just eight years. Following its acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in March 2015, the business has undergone significant transformation and investment in its people and solutions, creating a solid platform for further impressive growth.

Advanced’s transformation programme includes a four stage programme of re-branding, relocation, restructure and recruitment.

Advanced employs 2,000 people and has a loyal customer base of more than 20,000 organisations.
