Discounts can be applied to Customers, or Customer Groups and can be assigned against individual stock items for Projects or Departments if required. The combination of Price Lists & Discounts allows full control over Customer pricing and is useful for businesses who need automated control over their pricing structure.

Customers and Customer Groups can also be “excluded” from a discount structure by using this function.
