Create and edit a user

The system allows for individual users with a wide range of permission levels, controlling access to functions. To create a new user, navigate to Settings (found under the “cog” wheel at the top right of the page) > Users and click “New”. Enter the following:

  • Login name;
  • Password;
  • Attach an employee account (optional);
  • Enter the users real name;
  • Enter an email address;
  • Enter contact telephone numbers.

The final stage is to choose the access permissions that the user requires, simply tick the box next to the relevant permissions and click “Create”.
