Advanced has announced a partnership with iCIMS, the talent cloud company that empowers employers to attract, engage, hire and advance the world’s best talent, to streamline the recruitment process. iCIMS’ range of tools and workflows will now integrate with Advanced’s best of breed Cloud HR solution to drive recruitment productivity through automated processes and workflows.
iCIMS has more than 20 years’ experience working with large global workforces and currently serves more than 4,000 companies worldwide including Lloyds Bank, Mimecast, Euromoney Institutional Investor, Canon, and Wipro– which represents a collective workforce of 30 million people.
With Covid-19 restrictions confining most workforces to home, onboarding for many new hires is currently managed remotely by organisations. iCIMS’ digital candidate engagement, hiring, and onboarding tools simplify and digitise all paperwork associated with job candidates and new hires. Its solutions also streamline important recruitment processes to maintain continuous engagement with new employees.
