techUK puts its best foot forward and discovers the potential of Cloud HR in a changing world

We are very pleased to share techUK, one of the UK’s leading trade associations, has further invested in their relationship with Advanced and is adopting our Cloud-based human capital management solution, Cloud HR.

techUK works with organisations to realise the positive outcomes that digital technology can achieve. It provides a network of innovation and collaboration for UK businesses. As the organisation works to support UK citizens and businesses as we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, Cloud HR will help ensure that its own workforce remains agile and empowered.

Cloud HR has been created to be flexible and is tailored to the needs of your people, enabling employees to self-serve and access the system with ease. Sharon noted ‘reporting is critical for our team, Cloud HR lets us pull valuable data such as attrition rates, key drivers for the business and employee statistics instantaneously.’ Customer feedback from Cloud HR solidifies the strength of our solution as 63% of customers found it easier to report on employee data and 79% reported increased efficiencies.

Diversity and inclusion strategies have rightly taken centre stage for HR teams this past year, and we help realise the importance of providing transparency when advocating for equal opportunities. Although it is not legally required due to the size of the company techUK analyses its gender pay gap data, a reflection of the company’s commitment to its workforce and diversity. Cloud HR’s extensive capabilities allow HR teams to easily filter reports to view age, gender, ethnicity and more detailed employee analysis, and capitalise on the employee data that matters. Sharon notes ‘we’re impressed by its reporting capabilities. We intend to automate current lengthy processes and to use the data to create actionable insights that inform our ongoing talent strategy’.

A feature that techUK is eager to use straight away is the customisable dashboards. They enable HR teams to get a clear view of accurate information in real-time that helps them to adapt to the needs of their business.
