One year on, OneAdvanced's Trust Centre has transformed transparency, speeding up procurement and strengthening customer confidence in security and AI governance.

A year ago, we launched the Trust Centre with a simple but important ambition: to make it easier for customers to understand how we protect their data.

Twelve months later, the Trust Centre has become a trusted destination for customers seeking clarity, confidence and transparency. It has helped remove friction from procurement cycles, improved our customer experience and reinforced our commitment to responsible, secure and open engagement. As we continue to build trust with our customers and partners, it also provides an opportunity to showcase what good looks like in practice, demonstrating the standards, transparency and accountability that underpin how we do business.

Building confidence through transparency

Customers tell us that trust is built on two things, clear information and easy access to it. Over the past year, the Trust Centre has delivered exactly that.

Our customer satisfaction data shows:

  • 62% rated their Trust Centre experience “Good” or “Very Good”
  • 66% said the Trust Centre answered “Most” or “All” of their questions

And importantly, satisfaction has increased steadily month‑on‑month, reflecting ongoing improvements and growing customer familiarity.

This is exactly the experience we set out to create.

Making it easier to do business

The Trust Centre has become a core part of how customers engage with us. Over the past year:

  • 3,500+ customers have used it
  • More than 80,000 views have been recorded

Customers now have a single, authoritative source for:

  • Security documentation
  • Certifications
  • Product assurance information
  • AI explainability resources
  • Policies and governance materials

This centralisation has reduced the need for manual exchanges, shortened response times and made due diligence more predictable. For many customers, it has become the first stop in their procurement journey, providing greater confidence in our third-party security posture and the controls we have in place to protect customer data.

Supporting deal velocity and commercial confidence

Transparency doesn’t just build trust, it accelerates progress. By giving customers immediate access to the information they need, we’ve removed one of the most common blockers in procurement cycles. High‑value opportunities, including multi‑million‑pound deals, have progressed more efficiently because customers can validate our security posture instantly. By showcasing our commitment to transparency and robust security practices, we continue to build trust and confidence with customers, demonstrating that security is not just a compliance requirement but a genuine business enabler that supports faster decisions, stronger partnerships and commercial growth.

With the launch of IQ, our trusted, connected Intelligent System of Work, the Trust Centre has become a practical expression of this, demonstrating our commitment to security, transparency and responsible technology.

It helps customers:

  • See the governance behind our products
  • Access clear, consistent information
  • Make informed decisions quickly
  • Understand how we support the responsible and ethical use of AI across our products and services
  • Innovate with confidence through greater transparency of our AI governance, controls and safeguards
  • Gain a clear understanding of the policies, processes and oversight in place to ensure AI is used securely, responsibly and in line with regulatory expectations

What’s next?

We’re only just getting started.

Over the next year, we will expand the Trust Centre with:

  • A dedicated IT Services page, giving customers deeper insight into our operational controls
  • A dedicated health page, demonstrating our commitment to the health sector and continuously building trust in IQ Health
  • More certifications and assurance assets, including new AI governance materials
  • Enhanced navigation and content personalisation, making it even easier to find what matters
  • Even more content as we review information and controls

Our goal is to continue raising the bar for transparency, customer experience and building trust.
