Customer Response, Complaints and Abuse

Customer Response Time

Advanced is committed to responding to customers within 24 hours. If, at any point, you are unsatisfied with the level of service provided, please log a ticket through our support portal. Complaints will be received and acknowledged within a maximum of 5 working days. 

Abuse Email

Please use the email address to contact us for any domain name related queries you may have, including complaints and instances of domain name abuse. You should expect to receive a response with a few hours and no more than 5 days.
