AI Care Navigator

Simplify triage by addressing patient needs efficiently. Urgency AI flags urgent requests, while Assign AI ensures clinical matters are directed to the correct inbox. Topic AI identifies subjects, asks relevant questions, and sends tailored messages or questionnaires. Face-to-Face AI highlights cases requiring in-person consultations, and Signpost AI directs patients to urgent or emergency care when necessary.

Patchs Telephone Assistant (TA)

Patients can call the practice using Telephone Assistant (TA) and submit their request with zero waiting time. The request is processed in the same way as a standard online consultation through Patchs. This reduces the pressure felt by staff and patients, due to the 8am rush. Dramatically reducing the number of calls through reception, reducing pressure on staff, and enabling urgent calls to get through more quickly.

Demand Management

Patchs streamlines online GP consultations by offering full demand control. It limits the type and number of patient requests through a demand limiter, allows for the setup of self-booking links via the care navigator, and integrates the NHS Pharmacy First service, which directs patients to local pharmacies for minor illnesses and urgent medication needs.
