This seamless integration, with Minerva will allow law firms to enhance their customer onboarding experience by taking their prospective customers on an end-to-end journey. Law firms will have an enhanced module of functionality which means customers can accept a quote, complete relevant protocol forms and much more, all while converting them into an ALB client and matter. Related documents, including ID checks will also be available within ALB reducing the risk of double entry, and improving the time it takes for fee earners to start actioning matters.
