Advanced has worked strategically with NetDocuments for many years and we have increasingly seen the demand for a direct integration with practice and case management systems and cloud based document management solutions increase, crucially without compromising any functionality.
Although other integrations exist in the market, direct integrations were seen to compromise some of this functionality and therefore a different, middleware approach was needed. Integration specialists Xperate, have worked closely with Advanced and NetDocuments to make this happen, and we are pleased to be launching to our P4W customers first in the coming weeks. By seamlessly combining P4W's advanced case management capabilities with NetDocuments' document management features, legal professionals will now have the ability to improve collaboration and reduce the risk of errors and miscommunications.
"We are thrilled to be able to offer our customers the benefits of the P4W and NetDocuments integration, which has been developed in response to the demands of the modern legal landscape," said Doug Hargrove, Managing Director of Legal and Education at Advanced. "We are delighted to deliver this cutting-edge solution to the market. By combining the power of P4W's case management with NetDocuments' document management, law firms can now take their productivity to the next level."
The integration offers a range of benefits to legal professionals , including the ability to use data from within P4W, apply merge codes to pull data onto documents and take advantage of P4W merge commands, like questions, answers and imported paragraphs.
