Are you ready for the digitisation of Land Registry AP1 applications?

by Advanced PR, Author

From November 2022, HM Land Registry have announced there are changes on the way. Any new? Register applications made will need to be made digitally. In addition, HMLR will no longer accept scanned or PDF copies of AP1s to make changes to existing titles using the HM Land Registry portal. The traditional ways of preparing an AP1 by filling a Word document, printing it and sending it by post or converting it to PDF and uploading it to the portal, will also become invalid.

With only two months to go, law firms must now start looking at how they can adapt to be ready for submitting digital applications.

What is the impact and how can Advanced help?

Advanced offers Cloud Forms software, which uses the trusted market functionality of Laser Forms and Oyez desktop software combined with Cloud Technology. This platform provides a flexible, all-in-one solution with a full forms library, including those that can be submitted digitally such as the AP1, to make the submission process much smoother. Cloud Forms can be easily integrated with the additional systems your firm relies upon.
