Exchequer customers make the move to the Cloud with PACE

by Mark Dewell, SVP > Education, Government and Social Housing

Advanced’s cloud adoption programme means a seamless journey to the cloud

We’re pleased to share that another two Exchequer customers have made the move to Advanced’s Cloud-based Business Management solution, Business Cloud Essentials.

UK Healthcare and Thomas Benacci are longstanding Advanced customers who chose to move to the Cloud as part of their future growth plans. Advanced’s Cloud-adoption programme, PACE, has enabled both businesses to see the benefits of utilising Cloud technology and removed the perceived fear and disruption of system migration.

Working closely with the account management and customer success teams at Advanced, both UK Healthcare and Thomas Benacci now benefit from having a clear plan around their technology infrastructure which matches their future business goals. Both businesses were looking to continue to scale their growth this financial year and found that moving to Business Cloud Essentials and a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) payment model which, includes monthly updates of new functionality within the cost, to be an effective way of supporting that. The move to the Cloud was also important as having many staff members working from home over the past few months due to the Covid-19 pandemic, easier access to systems was a must have for both teams.

Business Cloud Essentials is a Cloud-based Business Management Solution for SMEs, covering accounting, payroll, CRM, stock and inventory management and optional eCommerce, providing small businesses with all the essentials they need for one simple monthly price.

Mark Dewell, Managing Director at Advanced, commented: “It is encouraging to see the number of customers who are confident in the benefits of moving to our Cloud solutions. Over the past few years there has been a clear shift in market demands and this has been further accelerated by the Covid-19 pandemic. Having tools which support remote working are no longer a ‘nice to have’ but a ‘must have’ for businesses of all sizes, but especially smaller ones for who the need to be agile is paramount if they are to continue to grow in the face of the ever-changing business landscape.”

“Our PACE programme provides customers with a clear view of what their route to the future can look like. We’re really pleased to welcome both UK Healthcare and Thomas Benacci to the Business Cloud Essentials product family and look forward to welcoming many more customers.”
