Humber business software solutions company, HBP Systems, celebrates 15-years of partnership with one of the country’s largest software and services providers, Advanced, by receiving the prestigious Most Added Value Award at its TruePartner Event in March.
Accredited business partner and reseller of Advanced since 2004, HBP endorses its own solutions by using Advanced’s finance and accounting software Exchequer to run its business. Currently, HBP Systems is the largest Exchequer reseller in the country and, in 2018, added Advanced’s ERP software, Business Cloud Essentials, to its product portfolio.
HBP Systems’ Commercial Director, Phil Denham, says: “Increasing the supply of some of Advanced’s leading products to our customers is a fantastic opportunity for us to learn and work with the team even closer. Manufacturers are integral to the Humber community so to have a supplier which also supports this customer demographic and understands their needs is unique.”
For HBP Systems, developing a strong partnership with a supplier is not just about believing in its products. Phil explains: “As a supplier, Advanced has one of the best approaches to reseller relationship management. All the technical support and sales training our team receives are incredibly well structured.”
Advanced’s Channel Sales Director, Dean McGlone, who manages this business relationship, says: “Advanced is proud to support HBP in its drive to offer leading edge solutions and a first-class service. HBP is a fantastic organisation, with an excellent team that really understand the current and future needs of its customers.”
Last month, Advanced presented HBP Systems with their Most Added Value Award at its annual TruePartner Event, which is designed to show appreciation to their resellers. Commenting on the accreditation, HBP Systems Director, Joanne Dixon, says: “We take an immense amount of pride in receiving this award as it represents that our software support expertise is endorsed by an industry-leader like Advanced.”
Joanne, who has been with HBP Systems since 1992, also explains: “This award highlights the work our team does for our Advanced customers, especially regarding changes in the industry or new legislation, like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Making Tax Digital.”
HBP Systems believes the length of its relationship with Advanced and its recent software support accreditation promote the importance of dedicated partnerships with suppliers and resellers.
Joanne praises: “It is a rarity to find such a devoted supplier. Advanced work so hard to enhance our relationship as well as ensure we have all the knowledge and resources required to do the best job. I want to thank Advanced on behalf of HBP Systems, for its continued support over the last 15-years and I’m incredibly excited to see what we can achieve in the future.”
