Launching OneAdvanced’s Societal Report 2024-25

At OneAdvanced, our purpose is to create a fairer, more inclusive society through technology, and people, underpinned by our mission to power the world of work. With this in mind, we are excited to unveil our latest Societal Impact Report.

As we navigate an increasingly complex world, shaped by environmental challenges, social shifts, and economic uncertainty, the need for purposeful action has never been greater. This context makes our ESG commitments an essential part of our strategy. Read on to find out about our latest ESG report.

What’s inside our 2024-25 Societal Report? 

Following the groundwork laid in our 2023 Societal Report, this year we’ve aligned the material issues we're tackling under four pillars:

• Better for our planet: Reducing our environmental impact through carbon reduction, waste management, and resource conservation.
• Better for our people: Breaking down barriers to career opportunities and creating pathways for meaningful, inclusive growth.
• Better for our technology: Leveraging innovative, sustainable technologies to create positive social and environmental outcomes for others.
• Better for our business: Embedding ethical practices and compliance measures to ensure sustainable business operations and transparent governance.

Transparency in the way we report is guided through our alignment to global reporting standards: TCFD, United Nations SDGs, and our Climate Pledge.

Our Achievements: Bettering Society ethos

In this year’s report, we’re pleased to share progress on several key areas:

• Better for our planet: Since setting our baseline in 2018 we have reduced our operating emissions by 40.2% against our 2030 targets.
• Better for our people: We’ve made significant progress reducing gender pay disparities, with the median pay gap near parity at 0.12%. We’ve also partnered with The King’s Trust to provide opportunities for disadvantaged people.
• Better for our technology: We’ve spent the last two years integrating world-class material-level cybersecurity into the fabric of our platform.
• Better business: Our pledge to the EU AI Pact, reinforces our dedication to the responsible and ethical advancement of artificial intelligence (AI).
