A solution for NHS 111 providers to Urgent Treatment Centres
Our solution has a fully customisable workflow and prioritised case lists that fully integrate with the 111 service, enabling appointment booking and transfer of care from a 111 call centre through to a UTC. Embedded within the software is Electronic Prescription Service that is used across the NHS organisation Integrated Urgent Care services, including NHS 111, Clinical Assessment Services and face-to-face out of hours GP-led services. Adastra can also integrate with a number of Clinical Decision Support Systems such as Odyssey or Pathways to enable healthcare professionals to perform accurate triage and facilitate the most appropriate solution for the patient.
