Simplify Gift Aid
Gift Aid declarations can be captured and claims run as a batch process. An output file that can be submitted online to HMRC is automatically created via the Advanced Gift Aid portal.
NG integrates with AFD Bankfinder during the creation of direct debits. The sort code and account number combination are validated and required bank details are auto-populated.
Regular donations can be processed by direct debit or from standing orders imported from a bank file. They can also be associated with source or fund codes for purposes of analysis.
Specify P&L accounts for revenue accounts along with cost centres for further analysis. Integration allows you to import a standard report directly into your nominal ledger.
Cloud cost efficiency
Sales ledger accounts include the ability to create and manage credit accounts within the system, including tracking invoices, credits, payments and allocations to create a detailed view.
VAT and finance codes (including cost centres and revenue codes along with other analysis codes) allow simple integration with finance solutions, posting the revenue directly into the system.

NG was designed specifically to aid ongoing compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Our Consent Manager module enables you to clearly see all consent-related data in one place including channel, address / email / number, consent statement and content preferences.
Keep data clean
To ensure data integrity, when creating new people and organisations within NG, the system will check whether potential duplicates already exist, based on a wide range of criteria.
This tool ensures all records have passed the contact deletion rules, which are designed to protect the integrity of the database and also respect financial audit requirements.
Archiving applies to records that are old enough to pass all audit tests and should be deleted but where you wish to retain certain information such as a legacy pledge.
The NG financial workflow was developed to comply with the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice.
PCI DSS compliance
NG meets PCI compliance regulations, ensuring you can accept, store, process and transmit cardholder’s payment data while preventing fraud and data breaches.
