From their network of loyal growers, many of whom they’ve partnered with for decades, to their team of cider innovators, the business thrives on long-term relationships and values-driven decision-making.
“We’ve never just bought apples,” says People & Culture Director Savita. “We nurture partnerships that span generations. Our growers are part of our story.”
This dedication extends from the fields to the factory floor. With over 150 products in rotation and new flavours constantly in development, Aston Manor relies on just-in-time production. That means bringing everything together, in the right place, at the right time, minimising waste and maximising efficiency.

“Our team of ‘beverage boffins’ do an amazing job balancing creativity with logistics,” says Finance Director Sarah Allcock. “They ensure ingredient cross-usage where possible and collaborate closely with suppliers to stay agile and efficient.”
Operating across four sites without overstocking means the supply chain must run like clockwork. “Software is a key enabler,” Sarah adds. “Without accurate systems, we’d be in chaos. Together with OneAdvanced, we can keep things lean, on time, and under control.”
