Ali talked to us about her frustration when using software and not being able to find the answers to a problem on her own. She said that “When we moved from one of your legacy products to Financials, I can do all of that and more, the system is really intuitive and when I do need some steer on something, I can troubleshoot it myself, it’s been brilliant.”

“You made learning a new software easy”

Implementing new software has previously been badged as a headache, and there’s often an excuse to stay as you are, ‘learning new systems is tough’, ‘you 
can’t afford the time to change’, ‘you’re used to the old ways of working’ are a couple of examples. However, OneAdvanced ensure you’re ready to hit the ground running by delivering bite sized and personal tailored training modules aligned with the software and the modules you purchase. Both Dee and Ali found the training and the timely way it was delivered was a huge help, Dee said that “You really held our hands in the early days and ensured we knew our way around the software before we went live, we felt looked after at every step of the way.”
