Implementing new software has previously been badged as a headache, and there’s often an excuse to stay as you are, ‘learning new systems is tough’, ‘you
can’t afford the time to change’, ‘you’re used to the old ways of working’ are a couple of examples. Ali told us that “The admin burden you have removed through all the little things your Financials software now does for me has given me and my team at least 10%-15% of our working week back through automating tasks we used to do manually, it’s also given me the confidence trust and peace of mind that it’s correct.”
