Third party data processing terms may apply where products or services involve personal data.

  • Advorto EULA and Support Terms - Your right to use the Advorto service is expressly conditional on your acceptance of the terms of this end-user licence and the Advorto service will not be activated unless and until you have agreed to these terms which will form the basis of your contractual relationship with Advorto.

  • Bing Map Applications Terms of Use - Bing Map Applications are third party services and applications licensed by Microsoft Corporation (MS). A Customer’s use of a Bing Map Application is governed by the terms of use.
  • Bing Maps EULA - End User minimum terms: light known user applications these license terms (“End User Minimum Terms”) are an agreement between The Advanced Computer Software Group entity on the Order Form (“Bing Maps Licensor”) governing the software application or suite of applications.

  • EMIS Drug Database Licence Terms v0.2 - The EMIS Drug Database software is a third party software product licensed by Egton Medical Information Systems Limited. A Customer’s use of the EMIS Drug Database software is governed by the terms of the End User Licence Agreement set out below.
  • Experian QAS EULA V1 - QAS Limited t/a Experian QAS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Experian Limited, has developed contact data management (CDM) solutions to improve data quality including, but not limited to, address capture and database cleansing software products
  • FISCAL Technologies NXG Forensics® Terms of Use - NXG Forensics® is a third party product/service licensed by FISCAL Technologies Ltd. A Customer’s use of NXG Forensics® is governed by these terms of use.
  • GB Group Plc EULA - GB Group is a Royal Mail accredited VAR; authorised by the British Post Office to License the use of Post Office databases to End Users in conjunction with GB Group's own products & databases
  • IBM Cognos ReadMe - When procuring Cognos Full Use licences via OneAdvanced, the IBM International Program Licence Agreement (IPLA) shall apply

  • OpenInsight Licence Terms v0.2 - OpenInsight software is a third party software product licensed by Revelation Software. A Customer’s use of OpenInsight is governed by the Software Licence Agreement referenced below, the current versions of which (as at the release date of this document) are set out in Annex A and Annex B
  • Oracle Application Specific Additional Terms - The use of the Oracle software granted by OneAdvanced is limited to the legal entity which executes the relevant Order Form and end user agreement incorporating these terms with OneAdvanced (the “End User”) unless otherwise noted in writing.
  • ORBIS Software EULA v4.0 - The right to use the software product is subject to the terms set out in this licence agreement (the ‘Agreement’).
