We recently sponsored two categories at the 2016 AIB Private Banking Irish Law Awards, where two long-established Advanced customers were winners. The awardscommend excellence in Irish law and recognise the outstanding achievements and exemplary practices of leading law firms and teams throughout the country.

Orpen Franks collected the award for Leinster Provincial Law Firm of the Year Over 5 Solicitors, while Dillon Solicitors won the Leinster Provincial Law Firm of the Year Under 5 Solicitors category. The two Dublin-based firms have been using our OPSIS practice management solution for several years, and Advanced’s technology has played a central role in their success.

The winners were announced at a black-tie event at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dublin and Jimmy Scullion, Ireland General Manager, and Doug Hargrove, Managing Director – Legal, were in attendance on the evening to present the two awards.

Brendan Dillon, Managing Partner at Dillon Solicitors, comments, “The award is the culmination of a huge amount of work from the entire team over the last few years, and we were particularly delighted to win a category sponsored by Advanced with whom we have had an association extending to 15 years.

“Using the OPSIS system is key to how successfully our business operates and competes, but more importantly ensures that we manage risk and stay compliant.”

The two firms are both looking to upgrade to our next-generation ALB software in the near future. ALB is the fastest growing legal software in the market and provides firms with a fully integrated practice and case management solution, offering them time savings and greater visibility into performance.

Advanced is a leading provider of legal software to solicitors in the Irish market and this is the third consecutive year in which we have sponsored the prestigious Irish Law Awards.
