PATCHS, a Cloud based GP online consultation tool was recognised for its use of Artificial Intelligence in triage and workflow management to help GP practices manage rising levels of patient demand, while also improving patient access. PATCHS enables patients to contact their GP from their practice website or smartphone, dramatically reducing the pressure on phone lines and reception teams as well as eliminating the need for most patients to attend the practice in person.
