by Nick Gallimore, Managing Director - People Management

Are your employees as engaged and productive as they could be? Are your processes speeding up work and cutting down stress? Are you regularly attracting great talent to your organisation?

No? Well, this virtual event is for you!

Kicking off at 9:45 on Thursday 29th June 2023, the Advanced People Experience Pioneer Summit is a free-to-attend online event, in partnership with HR Grapevine and the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP). Building on the 6 pillars of people experience, the agenda has been designed to enable you to interact with other HR, payroll and business leaders and give you the space to ask yourself what you want for your organisation and how can you get there.

What can you expect from the day?

We have 17 sessions to choose from, including industry panel discussions, a not-to-be-missed payroll legislation update from the CIPP, a series of product updates and some exciting technology discovery sessions. The day will conclude with our People Experience Pioneer Awards ceremony, followed by an inspirational keynote session with entrepreneur, author, podcaster and founder of Think Productive, Graham Allcott, who will explore the power of Kindful Leadership.

Key highlights:

Our guests will be sharing practical tips and strategies for strengthening your organisation’s commitments to each of these pillars, with insights for you to take away and share with your business.
