Chief Services Officer

Our Chief Services Officer, Narinder Sahota, has more than 30 years service and delivery experience. He is leading all our global customer services teams including Customer Success, Support Services and Professional Services. Additionally leading engineering and support teams managing our portfolio of established products.  

 

Prior to joining OneAdvanced, Narinder held a number of roles at Salesforce including European lead for its business transformation consulting practice. Prior to that he was at Capgemini for 22 years, where he was engaged on a number of strategic enterprise customers including Account CTO for Royal Mail and Chief Architect for the HMRC account. He is passionate about high quality delivery to customers and creating a service culture.
