OneAdvanced appoints Ciaron Hoye as Health Strategy Director

Ciaron joins OneAdvanced following senior leadership roles across the NHS and healthcare technology sector, most recently at Blinx Healthcare, where he worked closely with health and care organisations on digital transformation, connected care and neighbourhood models. 

A Fellow of BCS and a FEDIP Leading Practitioner, Ciaron brings extensive experience across healthcare transformation, digital strategy and service redesign. His career spans primary care, urgent care, virtual wards, remote monitoring and digital access, alongside national leadership responsibilities including serving as Senior Responsible Owner for NHS England's reasonable adjustments programme. 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he led teams responsible for delivering virtualised solutions that supported the NHS response and ensured the continued delivery of essential services. 

Ciaron joins OneAdvanced at a pivotal moment for healthcare. As the NHS progresses major initiatives including neighbourhood health, greater interoperability and the development of the Single Patient Record, health and care organisations are increasingly looking for partners that can help translate digital capability into meaningful improvements in care.
