People Management Trends Report 2025
Using technology to manage people
85% of people management leaders are confident or very confident their technology supports their business goals, maintaining the trend from last year when 86% said this. Nonetheless, 70% say they have plans to upgrade their digital systems. This may be less of a commentary on the quality of their current systems, and more of a recognition that things are moving quickly, perhaps particularly influenced by AI and Generative AI (GenAI) – we will consider this later in the report.
