The integration is designed for efficiency and reliability. Once a day, it fetches a list of recently completed training records from your Access LMS solution. To ensure system stability, the integration then processes this data in smaller, regular cycles, automatically adding new training records or updating existing ones in Care Business Management. This provides a dependable, hands-free workflow that keeps your compliance data accurate without manual effort.

Configuration  and Prerequisites 

Getting started is a straightforward process. The integration requires active accounts for both Access LMS and Care Business Management. To ensure records are matched correctly, staff profiles with a corresponding payroll ID must exist in Care Business Management. A report will also need to be configured in Access LMS to provide the necessary data payload to the API. Our team will guide you through the simple connection and setup.
