Configuration  and Prerequisites 

Getting started is a straightforward process. The integration requires active accounts for both Tribepad and Care Business Management. Some simple, one-time configuration is needed within Care Business Management to set up specific staff roles, contract types, and recruitment items (e.g., "Passport", "DBS"). A report must also be configured in Tribepad to provide the new hire data to the API. Our team will guide you through the simple connection process.
