Why visit Advanced’s stand?

At Advanced, we believe firmly in the power of systems and technology to help businesses and people achieve more. In fact, one of the core ethos of our suite of Advanced People Management software suite of solutions is empowering organisations to say yes to creating a working environment which enables your people to not only achieve more but also feel more supported and engaged. These values are very much at the heart of this year’s Festival of Work, which is why we are proud to be sponsoring the Wellbeing Village at the event.

The Wellbeing Village promises to be one of the most unique spaces at the event. With this year’s Festival of Work representing a long awaited return to in person events, it’s perhaps easy to overlook the fact that for many of us, big gatherings like this can still be a little overwhelming at times. That’s where the Wellbeing Village comes in- giving you a space to take some time out, reflect on what you’ve learned or just relax!

There will be regular sessions held throughout the day offering a variety of wellbeing and relaxation options. These range from physical sessions such as massages and sessions such as massages and yoga or why not try giving yourself a mental lift with Breathwork programmes or cuddling up with a local furry friend with BorrowmyDoggy.

Breathwork has been developed by wellbeing coach, Jenna Robins BSc (Hons), and Is designed for those of us who want to combat stress and perform better but have little time in the day. Based on the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong, Breathwork uses exercises to optimise energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. The synchronisation or movement following a smooth controlled breath with focused mindfulness actually creates physical changes to hormones and brain chemistry and neural networks and brain function.

Alongside these sessions, Advanced will have their own stall situated on the exhibition floor where our friendly team members will be on hand to chat all things people management. Our suite of solutions, from HR to payroll, time and attendance to performance management, will be in full force at the event and our team will be more than happy to take you through their paces and to show you what they can do to help you transform your people experience.

With Wellbeing being the hot topic of this event, we also want to hear from you. We believe in the power of our solutions to help you achieve more and most importantly, to allow organisations to craft policy which supports and nurtures the physical and mental wellbeing of their people. We want to hear from you about some of the challenges you or your colleagues have been facing with regards to wellbeing and how we may be able to help.

As you can expect, we’re extremely excited for the upcoming Festival of Work. This is a welcome return to an in-person gathering of the most forward thinking and influential names in today’s working world and it is an honour to share the stage with so many luminaries in the field. We’re proud to be spearheading this year’s wellbeing village and we look forward to being able to spread the word of why looking after your people should be the number one priority for organisations, regardless of what sector they work in.

We’re excited to be part of the festivities this year and we hope you can join us. It would be great to see you drop by Advanced’s stand (D36) to see how our People Management software solutions can help you overcome any challenges you may be facing, and say yes to transforming your people experience. We’re showing off solutions that help you with HR Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, and Performance Management. Reserve a slot to visit us on our stand at a time that suits you.
