It doesn’t just listen; it uses AI to understand and capture the conversation and documents the important information, capturing the audio and converting the spoken words into text instantly. Extracting the clinical facts into a structured editable and auditable note that is saved to the EPR.

Primary care requires rapid-fire diagnostic reasoning. When a clinician is typing, they are "multitasking" - which reduces the brain's ability to pick up on subtle clinical inconsistencies, add to this that they are also facing away from the patient so might miss subtle cues. The AI scribe handles the "what" (the facts), allowing the clinician to focus on the "why" (the diagnosis). This cognitive offloading leads to safer decision-making and fewer "missed" symptoms.
