Last night, on 19th September, the OneAdvanced IT Services team celebrated a fantastic achievement at the Cloud Excellence Awards 2025. Held at the stunning One Moorgate Place in London, we were honoured to be named the Best Cloud Support Provider. This award is a significant moment for us, as it recognises the hard work, dedication, and customer-focused approach that defines our IT Services team.

The Cloud Excellence Awards, hosted by Computing, are a benchmark for quality in our industry. They spotlight the very best of the UK’s cloud computing sector, from exciting new products to leading service providers. Being recognised on this stage, among so many innovative organisations, is a true testament to the impact of our work.

For us, this award is more than just a trophy. It confirms our core belief: technology is about people. Alex Jeffery, SVP of IT Services, shared his thoughts on the achievement: “Winning the Best Cloud Support Provider award is an amazing achievement for OneAdvanced IT Services. It really brings to life what we try and embody for our customers and that's about delivering excellent service, giving true visibility and making sure they actually get that warm feeling about what we do.”

He continued, “Even more though, it shines a light on the teams that work so hard to make sure everything is working at its best. And a lot of this is critical - infrastructure has real tangible risk to life elements to it and our teams work really hard to make sure it runs smoothly.”
