OneAdvanced and MTVH win Most Innovative Partnership at the Housing Innovation Awards 2026

OneAdvanced is delighted to have won Most Innovative Partnership at the Housing Innovation Awards 2026, held on 4 February at the ICC in Birmingham. The award recognises the partnership between OneAdvanced and Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH), and the collaborative work delivered in response to one of the most significant regulatory changes facing the housing sector: the Procurement Act 2023.

Mark Reddy, Global Director of Growth at OneAdvanced said of the win:

MTVH, one of the UK’s largest housing associations, anticipated a substantial increase in procurement workload as a result of the new legislation, alongside higher expectations around transparency, auditability and reporting. With no desire to increase headcount, MTVH partnered with OneAdvanced to find a way to meet these new demands while maintaining pace and control.

Over an 18‑month period, OneAdvanced and MTVH worked closely together, alongside wider sector and policy experts, to co‑design a housing‑specific Source to Contract solution. The focus was on simplifying the complexity of the Procurement Act, embedding compliance directly into day‑to‑day workflows, and creating a solution that procurement teams could use with confidence rather than caution.

The result is a platform that supports full legislative compliance while remaining intuitive and practical, helping teams manage increased workload without additional burden and ensuring that transparency and assurance are built in from the start.

The award was presented alongside a strong field of shortlisted partnerships, reflecting the depth of collaboration and innovation currently taking place across UK housing.

The ceremony marked the opening evening of the Housing Innovation Show, run by Housing Digital, which took place over 4 and 5 February. OneAdvanced had a stand at the show and welcomed a high level of engagement across both days, with conversations focused on procurement reform, digital capability and the real‑world challenges facing housing providers today.
