OneAdvanced launches ‘Clock-in at Christmas’ campaign to support essential workers
We’re delighted to have launched our ‘Clock-in at Christmas’ campaign, to support essential workers across the UK.

This Christmas we will be donating £1 to the Road Haulage Association Benevolent Fund for every clock-in captured through our Time & Attendance system on Christmas Day.
This initiative is in recognition that while most of the country will be enjoying time at home on Christmas Day, there will be an army of people across the logistics, care and public service sectors that will be supporting their communities by going to work.
Anwen Robinson, Senior Vice President at OneAdvanced, said: “This initiative is a way for us to acknowledge the dedication of the essential workforce that our society rely on. We are proud to work with hundreds of companies that keep vital services running every day of the year. Given the scale of essential shift work in the UK, turning every clock-in on Christmas Day into a tangible donation is a small way for us to show our gratitude. Whether that’s logistics workers, the care sector or essential business services, we want to acknowledge the commitment these individuals show and give back to those serving our communities."
This initiative reinforces the crucial role many sectors play and OneAdvanced’s commitment to Powering the World of Work - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The funds raised will have a positive impact on the logistics community, providing vital support to those who sacrifice their holidays to serve society.
Supporting the RHA Benevolent Fund
Funds raised will go to the RHA Benevolent Fund to provide life-changing support to individuals and families within the UK’s road transport industry who may be facing hardship, illness, or bereavement. Their work ensures that the people who underpin our nation's crucial supply chain have a safety net when they need it most.
Jim French MBE, RHA Fund Chair, said: “This is a fantastic initiative from OneAdvanced which recognises the dedication of people in the transport and logistics sector during the holiday season. Thousands of people in the haulage, coach and van sectors will be working over the Christmas period ensuring people and goods get to where they need to be. These generous donations will help benefit the people in our industry who need a bit of support through the RHA Benevolent Fund when finances are tight – thank you OneAdvanced.”
The campaign underscores a shared commitment to recognise the sacrifices made by transport and logistics personnel through compassionate support for its people.
The Clock-in at Christmas campaign builds on a 16-year relationship between OneAdvanced and the RHA. Earlier this year, both organisations launched a partnership to support the digital transformation of the logistics sector; including cybersecurity awareness programmes, forums addressing AI adoption, and supporting the sector with meeting sustainability challenges.
