OneAdvanced partners with Department for Transport to deliver enhanced IT support

24/7 service desk partnership strengthens resilience for one of the UK’s most mission-critical government departments

Birmingham – 24 March 2026: OneAdvanced has today announced a new partnership with the Department for Transport (DfT) to provide IT service desk services, delivering comprehensive, round-the-clock IT support to almost 5,000 users across the department.

Under the agreement, OneAdvanced IT Services will deliver a resilient, 24/7 service desk, ensuring DfT staff have continuous access to expert technical assistance to support the smooth operation of the UK’s transport network.
