Building on over 30 years of trusted service to the UK public sector, OneAdvanced has announced record growth in 2025, driven by rapid adoption of its AI-powered SaaS solutions across government, housing and education sector organisations.

With 3,000 customers in the Education, Government, and Social Housing sectors now using one or more products from the OneAdvanced portfolio, the company has seen a 50% year-on-year increase in sales – achieved in the first half of 2025 alone. This momentum reflects a strategic shift among public sector bodies toward modern, cost-efficient platforms that deliver operational resilience and measurable outcomes.

Transforming public sector operations

OneAdvanced’s success is rooted in its deep sector expertise and commitment to innovation. In 2025, its product portfolio was enriched further when the company launched OneAdvanced AI, the UK’s first sovereign large language model, alongside sector-specific AI Agents designed to automate mission-critical workflows – from document summarisation and procurement guidance to risk assessment and audit analysis.

These tools are already helping organisations navigate complex reforms such as the Procurement Act 2023, with intelligent contracting software that generates automated notices and ensures compliance. The company’s Trust Centre reinforces its responsible AI approach, with robust governance and security frameworks that meet the highest standards.

Expanding partnerships and customer wins

OneAdvanced has strengthened relationships with key sector bodies including CIPFA, Socitm, and the AELP, and worked closely with the Cabinet Office to ensure its solutions reflect the latest legislative developments. Over the past 18 months alone, more than 50 institutions have embraced OneAdvanced’s Financials product for their accounting needs, with many transitioning from legacy systems to its AI-driven SaaS platform.

In Education, new wins in the past year include University College London with the OneAdvanced Purchasing solution, University of Glasgow, who have implemented OneAdvanced AI, and the Ministry of Justice, who have rolled out Assessment and Learning across all adult prisons in England – a contract worth £2.1M over 7 years. Amongst its successes in Government, OneAdvanced secured a new win at London Borough of Redbridge, a large unitary council, and in Housing, Bield Housing Association has taken on Meetings and Board Management.

Supporting sector-wide transformation

OneAdvanced’s impact is evident in its thought leadership and sector engagement. The ever-increasing volume of case studies, testimonials and customer success stories showcase how its solutions are helping organisations address workforce pressures, improve learner outcomes, and streamline housing and care services.

At the Government & Housing Summit 2025, leaders from CIPFA and Socitm highlighted OneAdvanced’s role in supporting local government reorganisation, data strategy, and AI adoption.

Workplace excellence and new partners

In recognition of its inclusive culture and employee-first policies, OneAdvanced was named Best Place to Work in Europe 2025 by The Financial Times and Statista, topping the list ahead of global tech giants.

As demand for scalable, intelligent solutions continues to grow, OneAdvanced has expanded its partner delivery network to help even more customers rapidly realise the benefits of its solutions. With over 150 new Education, Government and Housing customers selecting OneAdvanced software in the past year, the company is well-positioned to help public sector organisations unlock value, deliver better services, and do more with less.

Future outlook

As we look ahead to the start of 2026, exciting new developments include the launch of OneAdvanced’s 10th Business Trends Report – one of the most influential and wide-ranging analyses of how public and private sector organisations are harnessing technology to drive transformation.

January 2026 will see the introduction of OneAdvanced Education, a unified, AI-driven platform that brings together our entire education portfolio to support learner outcomes, propel institutional efficiency, and power sector-wide innovation. This marks a significant milestone on OneAdvanced’s journey to simplify, modernise, and elevate education technology across the UK.

OneAdvanced’s commitment to the public sector is unrivalled, and it will continue to invest in intelligent, secure, and scalable solutions that help organisations deliver better services, unlock value for themselves and those they serve, and meet and exceed rising expectations.

With a focus on partnership, innovation, and impact, OneAdvanced remains passionate about building on over 30 years of trusted service to continue leading the way in public sector transformation.
