OneAdvanced shortlisted for three awards at the Housing Innovation Awards 2026

OneAdvanced is proud to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for three major awards at the Housing Innovation Awards 2026 – recognising the passion, collaboration and sector‑leading innovation driving our work across UK housing.

Taking place on the evening of 4 February at the ICC in Birmingham, the Housing Innovation Awards form a central part of the two‑day Housing Innovation Show, running from 4-5 February 2026. We’ll be present throughout the event, with a stand offering opportunities to meet the team and explore how our solutions are supporting housing providers nationwide.

Most Innovative Partnership

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) and OneAdvanced

Our partnership with Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH), one of the UK’s largest and most respected housing associations, has been recognised for its transformative impact on procurement across the sector.

The partnership was formed in direct response to the Procurement Act 2023, legislation that significantly increases transparency, auditability and reporting obligations for public contracting bodies. MTVH, whose procurement function is widely regarded as sector‑leading, partnered with OneAdvanced to co‑design a digital solution capable of absorbing an expected 50% increase in workload – without increasing headcount.

Across 18 months, more than 30 experts from MTVH, OneAdvanced, the Cabinet Office, CIPFA and nine observer housing associations collaborated to develop a housing‑specific, fully compliant Source to Contract solution. This co‑development approach ensured that every workflow, taxonomy, notice type and integration aligned precisely to legislative requirements.

Our partnership with MTVH demonstrates the power of shared expertise, joint innovation and a determination to solve the sector’s biggest challenges head on.

Most Innovative New Product

Source to Contract – built for the Procurement Act 2023

In the product category, OneAdvanced has been shortlisted for the UK’s first Procurement Act‑ready Source to Contract solution tailored specifically for the housing sector.

Co‑developed with MTVH and the Cabinet Office, the product is designed to simplify, streamline and standardise procurement operations for housing providers navigating the new legislation. It provides an end‑to‑end journey from purchasing to contracting – backed by automations that make complex statutory processes effortless.

Source to Contract features an intuitive purchasing experience that mirrors online shopping, making it easy for colleagues across an organisation to buy compliantly. Users then move seamlessly into contracting, supported by:

• Built‑in PA23‑aligned notices and templates
  • Smart reminders and workflow automation
  • Clear guidance and structured guardrails
  • A fully auditable, AI‑ready architecture ensuring every action is compliant and traceable

By combining housing‑specific workflows, modern cloud architecture and sector‑aligned best practice, Source to Contract is helping organisations meet new regulatory standards while unlocking greater efficiency, insight and collaboration.

Most Innovative Supplier

Recognising 30 years of innovation, partnership and sector impact

The third category – Most Innovative Supplier – recognises OneAdvanced’s continued investment and transformation across the housing landscape.

For over three decades, our technology has supported the daily work of more than 300 housing organisations, 90,000 professionals and 11 million tenants, including one million vulnerable residents whose care is managed through our solutions. Our software underpins finance, procurement, governance, workforce management and field operations – forming a secure, connected and housing‑specific technology backbone for the sector.

Over the past year, we’ve delivered two landmark advancements:

1. Co‑developing sector‑specific Procurement Act technology
   Through our Pioneer Programme, we’ve collaborated with MTVH, CIPFA and the Cabinet Office to deliver the UK’s first housing‑specific, fully compliant Procurement Act solution – now regarded as the emerging sector standard.
2. Launching OneAdvanced AI – the UK’s first sector‑specific sovereign AI platform
   Fully UK‑hosted and built for high‑trust environments, OneAdvanced AI is embedded across our applications. With more than 20 Smart Agents developed for housing, the platform now supports compliance checks, FOI reviews, risk assessments, scheduling, supplier audits and more – always with human oversight.

Combined with significant investment in our platform, these innovations reflect our commitment to delivering safe, scalable, future‑ready solutions that simplify the complex and empower housing organisations to do more with confidence.
