At OneAdvanced, we power the world of work, and we’re passionate about bettering society, by breaking down barriers to career opportunities. That’s why we’re pledging a portion of our Apprenticeship Levy (up to 20% until 2030) to fund learning opportunities for companies across the UK. 

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to realise their full potential. As the world transforms at unprecedented speed, access to the skills that shape the future - across AI, data, and technology - has never been more important. Yet too many people and organisations are held back simply because of where they are based or the sectors they operate in. 

This pledge is our commitment to removing those barriers. By opening access to vital skills and opportunities, we aim to unlock potential, fuel innovation, and drive sustainable economic growth across the UK.

Who can benefit?

This programme is for organisations that too often miss out on training opportunities - particularly those in disadvantaged areas or operating in sectors where learning budgets are limited. While we’re starting in the West Midlands (where we’re proudly headquartered in Birmingham), our ambition is national. We’ll support organisations across the UK, wherever we can make the greatest impact.

• You want to upskill your people in AI and data science or future focused technology skills  
• Your organisation is headquartered in a disadvantaged area or operates in a sector where access to high-quality training is typically limited or unaffordable. 

When can I apply? 

Employers can apply through the government’s apprenticeship portal here from March 2026 onwards.  

Our hope for the future 

The World Economic Forum predicts that by 2030, nearly 40% of the skills people need today will change with AI, data, and tech skills in huge demand. By pledging up to 20% of our Apprenticeship Levy until 2030, we want to help UK workers and organisations gain the skills they need to thrive and drive economic growth.
