DOCMAN SHARE

Clinical Document Access

Docman Share provides secure access to Docman clinical documents stored as part of a patient’s GP record. This ensures those providing care have a complete view of a patient’s clinical correspondence in one place. Docman Share is compatible with all versions of Docman and can be delivered through a Shared Care Record Portal, the Docman web-based viewer or directly into electronic patient record systems.

Understanding key issues

CHALLENGES

Stretching budgets

Primary care organisations are under constant pressure to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.

Lack of auditability

When sending documents it’s important that the sender has full visibility of the document journey so they know when it has been received and actioned by the correct person.

Security

The information you are sending can often be sensitive, which means it’s vital that documents can be shared securely.
