IQ Education and Cognassist Partnership

Cognassist integrates natively with OneAdvanced's IQ for Education LMS (PICS) and Apprenticeship Management system, enabling key Cognassist actions to happen directly within existing workflows. This means staff can create learners, invite them to cognitive assessments, track assessment status, and view results without leaving the systems they already use.

Through the integration, providers can create learners in Cognassist, send assessment invitations, track whether assessments have been completed, and view learner assessment results.

The integration removes the need to manage Cognassist as a separate, standalone system. It reduces duplicate data entry and re-keying, keeps the assessment and inclusion evidence chain visible alongside learner progress and attendance data, and makes it easier to evidence the Assess–Plan–Do–Review cycle at inspection or audit time.

By keeping cognitive assessment status, outcomes, and inclusion actions visible within existing learner records, the integration ensures the evidence of support is structured, consistent, and readily accessible. This makes it significantly easier to demonstrate a proactive, evidenced approach to inclusion during an Ofsted inspection.
