Advanced named finalist for two categories at the Rewards 2022

We are proud to receive an accolade for all the fantastic work the Advanced’s People Experience team has undertaken to become a Disability Confident Employer last year, an important step in providing equitable opportunities for everyone. Cultivating a diverse workforce and inclusive culture is a priority for us. Diversity of experience, age, race, ethnicity, culture, gender and sexual orientation provides a wide range of talent from entry level through to our leadership teams creating richer perspectives and a powerful frame of reference.

We have received our second nomination for the Advanced People Management suite, finalist in the Payroll & HR Software Product of the Year: Advanced People utilises the power of MyWorkplace platform, to bring together a connected and personalised HR and Payroll product suite to enhance the people experience for thousands of businesses in the UK.

For the past 12 years, The Rewards have been recognising high achievements and excellence in payroll, HR, employee benefits and related sectors. The winners will be decided by a panel of industry experts and crowned on the 17th November, during a prestigious ceremony held at the Hilton London Bankside, London.
