Education Analytics

Education Analytics uses the CSV ZIP File, exported from the Funding Information Service (FIS) tool, to source its learner and enrolment information.​

Where possible, we now centrally manage reference data to reduce the administrative burden on education providers (e.g., LARS data).​

Education Analytics uses a simple, web-based import wizard that takes files and processes them in the background, meaning users can continue with other tasks while the data upload takes place.

With the move to a cloud-based delivery model, all system updates will be pushed out across all users, meaning shorter delivery time and no more manual upgrade processes. 

All reports are customisable from a selection of columns, just like ProAchieve. As time progresses, we will continue to add to these lists, based on user requirements. 

Reports can be saved either to an individual user or made provider‑wide, allowing provider‑wide reports to be created once and shared automatically with all users. 

Each time new data is imported, Education Analytics passes the new data through our AAF reporting logic, meaning the report is always up to date without the need to manage a central summary.​

Yes – you can still create different summaries for each breakdown. Summaries remain available just as they are in ProAchieve. However, reporting now loads from the central default summary by default. This helps central admin users steer colleagues toward the correct data sets and reduces friction for less‑regular users.
