No, Scribe gathers the ambient recording of your consultation through your computer for in person appointments or for telephone conversations through your VOIP telephone line, it also supports video calls. It automatically adds the AI clinical summary into the EPR with the full consultation recording available too. 

End-to-end KMS-managed encryption for data at rest and in transit. With no data stored on the system, once the summary and full transcript is sent to the EPR the raw audio and intermediate transcripts are deleted from the cloud server.
