New Divorce laws are coming into force from the 6th April 2022. Divorce applications using current forms must be received by the Court by 4pm on 31st March 2022. New versions of the forms will be released by HMCTS on the 6th April 2022 and our updated forms will follow shortly after.

Microsoft has released a patch (KB5001638) to resolve issues printing forms as a result of the Windows security update on 09 March 2021. You can find more information about the update here.

We have received reports that some forms do not print correctly after the latest Windows update has been installed. Microsoft are currently investigating, however it appears that the only way to rectify the issue is to unistall the latest Windows update. The update is a security update so please consult with your IT department before uninstalling.

10/02/2021: INFORMATION - COMPANIES HOUSE
Companies House have confirmed that they will now reject share capital forms where 'amount unpaid' fields are left blank instead of displaying '0' or 'nil'. Our forms are currently being amended to add a default '0' where necessary. In the meantime customers should ensure that they do not leave said fields blank.
